Four-Berry Smoothie

What a great way to refresh yourself on a hot & humid Montreal day with a nice cold smoothie!

Four-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of four blend mix of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
  • 8 tablespoon of non fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of Milk (or almond milk or rice milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (or agave nectar)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend.
  3. Serve.
  4. Drink.

TGIAC Notes

  • I generally buy frozen berries mixes, I usually don’t need to add ice to the mix.
