With TGIAC, the kitchen is always open for business! I had the splendid pleasure making a fantastic home made pizza with our new friend Mike at his restaurant.
It was the birthday of two co-workers of mine this week. To celebrate this festive & joyous occasion, we went to restaurant La Molisana. Renowned for its fine Italian cuisine and mostly for its authentic pizza baked in a wooden oven.
Now, I don’t quite remember drinking and all at the restaurant…but I ended up flipping pizzas somehow with Mike!! I’m no expert flipping pizzas but it was a dough of fun! (No pun intended!)
Thanks buddy it was fun and the pizza was amazing!
